Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

Due to the nature of subscription fulfillment and physical mail-based products, Spiritmail maintains the following refund policy.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are generally final once a billing cycle has commenced and fulfillment preparation has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel before the billing cutoff
  • Carrier delays
  • Subscriber preference after fulfillment

2. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact Spiritmail within 7 days of delivery at: support@spiritmailco.com

Spiritmail may provide a replacement or other resolution at its sole discretion.

3. Address Responsibility

Spiritmail is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect or outdated address information.
