These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spiritmail website located at www.spiritmailco.com (the “Site”) and any products or services purchased through the Site.

Spiritmail (“Spiritmail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a DBA of Soul Studio LLC, operating in Montana, United States.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Website Use

You may access and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or accounts
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes
  • Interfere with the Site's security or operation

2. Intellectual Property

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

Spiritmail reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Subscription Services

Spiritmail provides recurring monthly subscription services delivering physical mail-based products. By subscribing, you authorize Spiritmail to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our Subscription Policy below.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless paused or canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscribers may pause or cancel at any time through their account dashboard.

If canceled before the 1st day of the month, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. If canceled on or after the 1st, that month's billing will still apply and the subscription will terminate at the end of that billing cycle. No further charges will occur after termination.

Spiritmail reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or included materials at any time, with notice provided when required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Spiritmail ships physical subscription mailings to the address provided at checkout.

Spiritmail is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost shipments due to incorrect addresses
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of subscription fulfillment, all sales are generally final once a billing cycle has commenced. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

7. Spiritual Content Disclaimer

Spiritmail offerings may include spiritually themed materials, oracle-style messages, and reflection prompts. These materials are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any Content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Spiritmail makes no warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiritmail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Spiritmail's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montana.
